As I said yesterday: pancakes. It's all pancakes, all the time around here. This morning's variety was oatmeal-flax seed with sauteed apples.
I cooked the apples in Earth Balance, cinnamon, sugar, and lemon juice. The pancakes were Paul's standard-issue oatmeal, just replace the chocolate chips with a couple tablespoons of flax seed. Oh, and I wished I'd put in a pinch of cinammon, so do that too.
