Paul says he's going to start a weekly guest feature here called, "Gross Things Trina Eats." This open-faced sandwich qualifies in his book (not that I let the doubter have a bite). It's a piece of sourdough spread with vegenaise, sprinkled with orange daiya cheese (I wouldn't really call it cheddar.) and chives, broiled. Such a good snack.
